Our Refund Philosophy

At SkillNest, we are confident in the quality of our programs. We encourage every family to attend our free demo class before enrolling — so you can experience the teaching style, curriculum, and batch environment firsthand before making any payment.

If for any reason the program is not the right fit, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free within the defined eligibility window.

1. Refund Eligibility

A refund of the program fee (excluding the seat reservation fee) is available if:

  • You request the refund within 24 hours of completing the first live session of the enrolled batch.
  • SkillNest cancels the batch before it begins (full refund including reservation fee).
  • SkillNest cannot provide more than 2 substitute sessions in the event of instructor unavailability, entitling you to a pro-rated refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 24 hours after the first live session.
  • Student absences or missed sessions (recordings are provided as a replacement).
  • Seat reservation fees — these are always non-refundable.
  • Internet or device-related issues on the student's side during class.
  • Cases of removal due to code of conduct violations.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us through one of the following channels with your enrolled student's name, batch details, and reason for the refund:

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card).
  • A WhatsApp confirmation will be sent once the refund is initiated from our end.

5. Batch Cancellation by SkillNest

In the rare event that SkillNest cancels a batch before it begins, enrolled families will receive a full refund including the seat reservation fee within 5 business days. Alternatively, families may choose to transfer to an upcoming batch at no extra cost.

6. Policy Updates

SkillNest reserves the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Common questions about cancellations and refunds.

Yes. SkillNest offers a full refund (minus the seat reservation fee) if you cancel within 24 hours of completing your first live session. After this window, no refund is applicable. We encourage all families to attend the free demo class first to ensure the program is the right fit.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card). You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once the refund is initiated.

The seat reservation fee is non-refundable in all cases, as it is used to hold your child's place in the batch and covers administrative costs. The remaining program fee is refundable within the cancellation window.
